HCEA’s ongoing commitment to advocate for the educational professional begins at an early stage. This commitment is reflective in our “FUTURE EDUCATOR SCHOLARSHIP.” HCEA awards $1500.00 to a well deserving public high school senior pursing a degree in education. To be considered for the scholarship, students are required to submit an application, 700 word essay and current transcript.
