HCEA is dedicated to protecting the rights and welfare of professional educators in Harford County. If you work in public education – elementary or secondary education – HCEA exists solely to represent and advocate for you.

You can also print and complete the Maryland Enrollment Application mail to: 2107 Laurel Bush Rd. Ste. 201 Bel Air, MD 21015.
Also, don’t forget to register for the free NEA Complimentary Life Insurance. Once you receive your member identification number, please go to www.neamb.com to register your beneficiary information.
Upon receipt of your membership form, HCEA will send you a welcome letter to confirm your membership. A few weeks later, you should receive a membership card in the mail directly from MSEA.

Certified Staff: 2024-2025 $45.16 per pay for 17 pays starting 1st pay in November
Education Support Professionals:
Salary above $53,594 for 2024-2025 $32.26 per pay for 17 pays starting 1st pay in November
Salary between $26,797 and $53,594 for 2024-2025 $23.79 per pay for 17 pays starting 1st pay in November
Salary below $26,797 for 2024-2025 $17.22 per pay for 17 pays starting 1st pay in November
