HCEA is dedicated to protecting the rights and welfare of professional educators in Harford County. If you work in public education – elementary or secondary education – HCEA exists solely to represent and advocate for you.

Also, don’t forget to register for the free NEA Complimentary Life Insurance. Once you receive your member identification number, please go to www.neamb.com to register your beneficiary information.
Upon receipt of your membership form, HCEA will send you out a welcome letter to confirm your membership. A few weeks later, you should receive a membership card in the mail directly from MSEA.
Full Dues for the 20-21 School Year:
- Certified Staff: $39.72 for 17 pays starting in November
- Education Support Professionals:
- Salary above $46,489 – $30.09 for 16 pays starting in November
- Salary between $23,245 and $46,489 – $21.79 for 16 pays starting in November
- Salary below $23,245 – $15.57 for 16 pays starting in November
