Do you want your voice to be heard? Take a moment and be part of the decision and cast your vote in the HCEA/MSEA Elections 2023. 

1. Go to the voting site by clicking on this link or copying and pasting it into your browser’s address field: https://vote.election-america.com/MSEA
2. Enter your Member ID.
3. Enter the last four digits of your social security number. 
4. Click on Enter and follow the voting instructions. 
5. Please make sure to vote all ballots.

The HCEA Representative Assembly voted to endorse the following candidates for MSEA positions:

Chrystie Crawford-Smick (Harford County)- MSEA Board of Directors Region 2

Kimberly Sloane (Allegany County)- MSEA Treasurer

Joe Coughlin (Baltimore County)- NEA Director

HCEA Members Will Elect:

• HCEA President: 1 position, 3 year term
• HCEA Vice President: 1 position, 3 year term
• HCEA ESP Vice President: 1 position, 3 year term
• Delegates to the 2023 NEA RA
• Delegates to the 2023 MSEA RA

Online voting will begin January 30, 2023 and conclude at 5 pm on February 17, 2023 .

HCEA Elections will coincide with MSEA elections online.
